The performing arts are an especially hard hit segment of our community during a pandemic. Shu-Ling Hergenhang-Zhao, a director at the Silvia Center for the Arts, talks with Bellingham Tonight about some of the struggles of being a performer during the COVID-19 outbreak. She also shares some incredible ways local artists and banding together to support each other.
